Don't let this title fool you! These are deadly!

Eating disorders not otherwise specified are just as dangerous as any other type of eating disorder. They include a combination of signs and symptoms of anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa and binge eating disorder. The only difference is that they do not meet the criteria necessary for any one of the disorders. In other words, they include a mixture of all the eating disorders and not merely one. They are physically dangerous and emotionally destructive.
